COLD STORE MANAGER (QUEENSTOWN) IN QUEENSTOWN

Cold Store Manager required for company in the FMCG industry based in Queenstown to oversee various activities involved in the storage of items. You will also be responsible for running, directing and monitoring a team of workers and to ensure efficient running of goods in cold storage and a smooth flow of cold store orders received and dispatched. Responsibilities: Manage cold store department staff and provide relevant training etc. Manage day and night shifts with up to 25 staff and loading of up to 10 trucks per shift Manage GRV stock Review stock orders to determine forecasts for peak delivery periods Requirements: Minimum 3 years management experience in a management role within the FMCG / wholesale industry National Diploma in Logistics or related field Valid driver’s license & own transport English a must (Afrikaans and Xhosa will be advantageous) Must have had experience with good stock controls and stock rotation Good people skills, planning skills and problem-solving skills Advantageous to have knowledge of Eastern Cape for distribution Must be willing to be based in Queenstown Should you wish to apply please email your CV through to Tammi Johnson at recruiter2@profilepersonnel.co.za Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
