BREAKFAST MASTER CHEF IN SOUTH AFRICA
We are a country eatery that is introducing a comprehensive breakfast menu. Accordingly we are looking for someone that knows their fried from their poached from their scrambles and has good experience on breakfast menu. Cooking eggs correctly to order, is the above average skill required here and regular cooking ability is the balance of the skills. If get to interview, you will have to be able to cook Eggs Benedict from scratch including the Hollandaise sauce. Position is 6 days a week 730 to 1pm.
