BRANCH MANAGER IN SOUTH AFRICA

A unique cooking and Baking Company in the Northern suburbs has expanding their factory shops to the southern suburbs. The success full candidate must be presentable, well-spoken in both Afrikaans and English must be a people’s person and have previous Retail experience in the baking industry.         General Duties Reaching sales targets Controlling expenses Controlling Gross Profit % Training and developing of staff and monitoring of their performances on an ongoing basis Controlling shrinkage Monitoring of orders and ideal stock levels General admin duties and following of procedures Must be able to identify lost opportunities and creating of new ideas Be very hands on, when needed Take full responsibility for all aspects of the shop  Protecting the company’s assets and building the brand.   The candidate must be willing to work Retail hours Monday to Saturday’s have reliable transport and contactable references.   Please email short C.V
