QUALIFIED AND TRADE TESTED INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN IN SOUTH AFRICA

I am a 30years old male qualified (NQF4) and trade tested section 13(apprenticeship trained)power electrician with 8years trade experience, computer literate and also knowledge and skills in maintenance, repair and installation of electrical and mechanical components of a variety of process controllers and machines in FMCG manufacturing industries, hotel and catering equipment, mining process, high voltage equipment including transformers, switchgear, also domestic and multi-story buildings (rising mains), processing, plants. I also have experience and knowledge of VLT, VFD/ VSD-Allen Bradley, SEW Euro drive, induction motors, DC motors, diesel/ petrol generators, temperature controllers, coal fired electrical controlled boilers, PLCs- Allen Bradley, Siemens S5/, high speed packaging machines for KRONES,EMS, washing machines, catering equipment, air conditioners, chillers, freezers, shrink wrapper, over wrapper, stretch wrapper, Shrouder, Shuttle car, robotic palletisers, dressing line, conveyor belts, bottle washers,EBI, fillers, pasteuriser, blow/injection PET plastic moulding with HUSKY or SIPA and I2S, and above all with fitting and mechanical experience which includes 1.Conveyors;maintenance, servicing,repairing and modification of stainless steel conveyor belts 2.Welding; welding of electric motor guards into position, modifying support brackets on conveyors 3.Gearboxes;greasing, lubrication, servicing and maintenance of gearboxes in the plant 4.Pneumatics and hydraulics; troubleshooting on all leakages on pneumatics lines. 5. Pumps; changing of worn out bearings on centrifugal pumps, replacing worn out seals. 6. Sprays; unblocking sprays, changing nozzles, regular checks and replacing worn out sprays.
