Telesales telemarketer

Our company is looking for a telesales / telemarketer for their expanding operations. The right candidate will require bags of charisma. He / she must also be able to assist with any of the office administration functions as required by the different company departments.   Description:   The role involves conducting business to business telephone calls using scripts, product knowledge and communication skills to generate information and appointments for our business development manager.   The right candidate must: Have excellent communication skills Have a clear, confident speaking voice and friendly rapport with customers Have the ability to be flexible and creative when dealing with customers Be able to represent the company in a positive light at all times Have the ability to handle rejection Be patient and persistent Meet sales targets ·         Be persuasive and highly motivated to make appointments ·         Have strong IT skills especially in using Excel and Outlook Have strong administration skills                                                                        Experience: The right candidate must have had 6 to 12 months previous experience in a business to business telesales / marketing role.
