The successful candidate will report to the Production Manager. The team leader performs a variety of tasks at the nursery including supervising work. Team leaders act as the coordinator for work and information between management and employees. The successful candidate will be reporting to the production manager and supervise work teams, labor contractors and other temporary employees as needed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (Other duties may be assigned) Supervises, organizes and monitors the work of employees within assigned teams.
