Description: Accountabilities: · Driving sales in a store: • Assists customers in a sales environment to drive product sales. • Demonstrates advanced products and sales knowledge. • Adheres to any and all company policies and procedures. • Follows up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied with product. • Assembles any and all product displays in a given market. • Understands how to make products appeal to consumers based on the environment and current trends. • Always looks for new ways to make products attractive to customers. • Assisting all walk-in and telephonic customers. • Ensuring our promotions and brand is verbalized to clients and relevant marketing material is handed or visible. • Advising customers on products and upselling where possible. • Assisting clients with finalizing a purchase and closing a deal. • Receiving payments and processing orders. • Liaising with HO and other departments up to delivery point. • Assisting with general instore enquiries from HO and clients. • Following up on existing Pro-forma invoices on a daily basis. • Providing excellent service at all times to customer and colleagues. • Assisting a customer instore or telephonically with any after sales related query and processing to the relevant department. • Completing any instore related administration. This may include cash-ups, email correspondence, sales sheets, attendance etc. • Completing any sales related administration.
