An Abalone farm needs a Factory manager with the following requirements: Required skills / knowledge / capabilities: Senior Certificate with relevant production / processing course. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Supervisory capacity at a food processing plant. Good communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in at least English. Training in General Health and Safety; HACCP / ISO and Supervisor Training. A valid driver’s license and own transport. Demonstrated Leadership skills of large work teams. Availability to work overtime within short notice. Mechanical aptitude would be advantageous. Contactable references are required.
