HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR IN SOUTH AFRICA

QUALIFICATIONS   ·         Grade 12 Certificate ·         OHSAS Implementation and  Auditing Certificate ·         Certificate Certificate ·         Samtrac ·         First line Management Course EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS ·         5 years’ experience that will enable the person to produce the outputs as required below. ·         Experience OHSAS / ISO Systems. ·         Competent in using Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint) ·         Competent in managing an Incident Management System ·         Extensive OHSAS / ISO auditing experience ·         Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act & New Construction Regulation  ·         Personal Attributes required: Good administrative and report writing skills, good communication skills, team player,  interpersonal skills and problem solving skills, candidates must have analytical abilities, planning and organizing skills, be flexible and assertive and also be client service oriented ·         Must be in possession of a valid driver’s license   JOB KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS   ·    Effective implementation, planning, coordinating, monitoring and review of OHSAS / ISO System, as well as providing expert advice and service to line personnel ·         Develop, implement and maintain CI initiative in respect of HSE Management Systems and programs. ·         Continuous coordination and administration of HSE Management System – Document Management System / Incident Management System / Legal Registers / MSD’s. ·         Planning, scheduling and executing of Internal / External Audits ·         Facilitate and monitor Incident Management System ·         Compile Monthly Reports ·         Coordination of all medical surveillances (pre-employment, periodical and exit medicals) ·    Continuously liaison with Accreditation Body, customers, sub-contractors and other companies to stay informed on new developments / changes regarding OHSAS / ISO Systems. ·         Train users on HSE Management Systems   Interested candidates to send a comprehensive CV with a covering letter to
