Gives the exact breakdown of the quantity and cost of every material, labour, plant, fee and sub-contractor item used to make up the final cost. This report can be extremely long, especially for large projects. It is very helpful though, as it gives you an idea of which materials to order at various stages of your project. • c) Summary of Trades – this report is always one page in length. For every trade measured, gives the total cost per cost category (material, labour etc.), the total cost per trade and the percentage each trade contributes to the total project cost. It also shows the total cost per category. • d) Rates by Supplier – Separate the list of rates according to different price files used in the measurement of the Project.
