Requirements: • Grade 12 or technical equivalent. • 3-5yrs Refrigeration and electrical experience essential particularly in fault finding and problem solving. • Excellent Knowledge of Central HVAC Plant & Chillers required. • Valid Drivers License with own car • Good working knowledge of General Machinery Regulations. Responsibility: o Routine maintenance and servicing on various client sites o Manage effective systems to control time, cost and quality. o Customer feedback, reporting, estimate, quote and follow up of items identified during servicing. o Responsible for all routine service supervision of HVAC plant and equipment. o Routine checks conducted on site of services. o Maintain and determine warranty service requirements from contracts department. o Ensure compliance to all aspects of Health, Safety and Environment. o Implement and Develop ISO 9001 principles and ensure conformance to the company Quality Management System.
