Country Market Thornridge Farm is proud to announce that we will be hosting our very own homemade, home grown and handcrafted Country Market. It commences on 1st February and is hosted on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month from 8 am to 12 pm. Hosted in our large Valley View hall with a food market in our barn, Thornridge Farm Country Market is a great way to spend the day outdoors in the fresh country air. Bring a picnic basket and blanket, and after browsing our vendors’ stalls feel free to wander through our gardens and find a shady spot to relax and enjoy your freshly bought country wares. At Thornridge Farm we pride ourselves on our Homemade, home grown and handcrafted ethos and our vendors have been carefully selected to ensure that we stay true to our commitment in providing freshly grown and homemade and handcrafted items directly to you. Only the very best will do and all of our vendors have our “Handmade Delicious and Fresh” stamp of approval. Entrance fee is R 5.00 per person and children are free. New, vibrant and busy Saturday Market needs some fresh and original food products. Each stall is R for the day and 3m x 3m space will be given. Own tables and chairs must be supplied as well as your pop-up gazebo, alternatively they can be hired at an additional cost should you need it. Electricity can be arranged at a small additional fee. PLEASE NOTE: There is a qualifying process in selecting Vendors as the image of this particular market must be maintained to the highest standards. This Minitown Market is an independently run market to open in December on the Wild Clover Farm http://www.wildclover.co.za/ This will have a unique concept that involves the whole family even the children will be having fun with a tractor ride just to name one.  Trading on Saturdays and Sundays, public holidays. We are looking for licensed food traders, fresh produce, arts and crafts, quality merchandise, Designer labels, unique products, Antiques and Handmade items. We are not interested in mass produced flea market items or reject goods. There will definitely be product control to avoid too many of the same.
