Prominent Attorney Firm in the Northern Suburbs is seeking to employ a qualified Junior Conveyancing Attorney (Durbanville)   Salary:   Market related   Starting date:  Negotiable, but not later than 1st December   Must reside in the Northern Suburbs   Requirements: Minimum admitted attorney Minimum 3 – 4  years post article experience 3 - 4  years conveyancing experience MUST HAVE thorough knowledge of property transfers   Must have: High attention to detail High degree of self confidence Own transport Sound judgment and decision making ability Excellent written and verbal communicating skills Well presentable    

Vacancy for a junior conveyancing/general legal secretary at our Attorney's practice in Paarl available. The candidate will be required to provide administrative support to one or more attorneys. Requirements: Applicants must have a senior certificate Computer literacy Bilingual in English and Afrikaans both written and spoken. A basic knowledge of the registration of bonds. Relevant legal secretarial skills. Accuracy and efficiency is essential. Knowledge of Ghostconvey will be advantageous. Ability to follow up on active instructions independently. Eager to learn Previous experience in deceased estates, trusts and liquor licences will be advantageous.
