Advise line manager of concerns relating to the operational issues and general correspondence Managing of Merchandisers: Responsible for coaching merchandisers, planning, assigning and directing work disciplining merchandisers; addressing complaints and resolving problems – All in conjunction with the Line Manager Ensure that staff adhere to all the company’s procedures and requirements as specified in the company’s Sales procedure manual and show file.
