A role has arisen for a Customer Services Executive to work in our call centre based in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. PEX Insure is a London based insurance intermediary, servicing British customers. This role will service our British customers only. This role will report into the Office Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound claims, sales enquiries and debt collection. The successful candidate should have excellent telephone communication, and computer literacy skills. Policy Excess Insure is a young, dynamic and fast-moving company. Managing inbound Breakdown and Home Emergency claims, including: a. Policy Validation, b. Reviewing the Contract Terms against the acceptance criteria, c. Network assistance deployment, d. Taking Excess payments, e. Keep customers up to date on progress, f. Post claims care. ii. Managing inbound and outbound Insurance sales calls a.
