A Rare find from the Boer war era. Its Either from the 12 or 15 ponder I am not 100% sure but I will say the 15 ponder Salvaged from the western side of Bloemfontein on what was then the old wagon road approaching from Kimberley. The story that I was told say that it was used by the British guard post near Bloemfontein that was responsible for protecting the road that approach from Kimberley. Originally made as 50 rounds bandolier, but this one was probably shortened for use as a waist belt bandolier during the Boer War/early WW1.   In Good used condition.
