Reporting to the CSR&HR Senior Manager with dotted line reporting to the CEO. This is a multi-faceted role and provides opportunity to be involved at almost every level of production. You will be directly involved with the Company’s effect on the environment, energy efficiency, resource consumption and waste production (People, Planet & Profit). You will be expected to explain your ideas and goals clearly too all team leaders and convince them to go along with your plans. You will have to have a hands-on approach.
