Xena was adopted from the SPCA as a puppy 5 years ago and recently brought to the Animal Welfare Society due to her owners moving. You are not likely to meet a more affectionate and soft hearted dog like Xena! She is obedient and very intelligent and she cannot be hard handled. She needs an owner who will train her with lots of positive reinforcement. Xena has a lot of energy and is very good with other dogs, she is submissive and sweet with all other animals including cats and horses. Xena is unconditionally obedient and will follow you to the ends of the earth. She needs an owner with who she can be 24/7. She is good in a car, but does prefer to ride shotgun. Banquo is a super stunning male Border collie cross puppy. We estimate him to be around 4 months old. He is absolutely gorgeous with a lovely personality. Due to the Border collie in him, Banquo should be medium size, highly intelligent and very, VERY active. They are very easy to train but need proper training, lots of mental stimulation, daily exercise (and not just a 20min walk) and a soft hearted owner. When bored, Border collies become destructive and they will dig holes and jump fences. When properly trained, cared for and socialized, Border collies and Border collie crosses truly make the most amazing family dogs.
