JUNIOR QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN Great opportunity exists with International Manufacturer that has been in the market for over 100 years! The successful candidate must have the following: · Tertiary Quality certification an advantage · Matric certificate · Technical background with ability to read and understand engineering drawings · Ability to use a variety of measuring equipment · Sound administrative, planning and organisational skills · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Experience in technical investigations, fault finding and technical report writing. Reports that will be sent to both local and international suppliers · Very good numerical and conceptual skills · Accuracy and attention to detail essential · Computer literate · Ability to take clear instruction and ability to work under pressure and without supervision Key duties are but are not limited to: · Assist the Quality Manager in the improvement of the current ISO Quality management system, Internal Audits and corrective & preventive action · Calibration of measuring equipment according to ISO procedures · Assisting QC Inspectors with In-process and Final inspection of components with the required ISO test documentation. · Raise non- conformance reports and ensure quality standards are maintained on all equipment · Ensure order documents and test records are maintained accurately and are up to date · Inspection of imported equipment on a sampling basis, as well as all other equipment delivered from local suppliers Salary: R – R Send your CV to or fax it to Should you not receive a response within 48 hours, please consider your application as unsuccessful.
