This is not a new Sawgrass Virtuoso / Sublijet hd product (registered trademarks). We provide compatible cartridges or professionally remanufacture your old / empty cartridges (empty cartridges required). Refilled to higher then original capacity (all colours refilled to 42ml level). We use only the finest Dye Sublimation Gel ink. We reset the chip after refilling, but from this point onwards, the machine will report that the cartridge is not a genuine product. Simply ignore this message and continue to print. Very important to monitor your ink levels by weight. Compatible with your existing driver, setup & transfer paper. Will not block or damage your print-head.
