BEGINNER BREWING WORKSHOP FOR TWO | WOODSTOCK CPT IN SOUTH AFRICA

Learn the secrets of great beer when you join our beginners brewing workshop - a hands on, comprehensive and relaxed experience including a guided beer tasting. Taught by local brewing experts, each workshop takes a small group of novice brewers through the entire brewing process: Choose and weigh the right malts and hops (and taste them too). Learn the secrets of each stage of mash, lauter and boil as your lecturer guides you through a real all-grain brew. Enjoy a guided tasting of different beer styles and learn which ingredients contribute to each style of beer. Participate in the entire brewing process till your team finally pours your beer into the fermentor. Ask any questions you might have in a relaxed, friendly environment. A break will be taken at mid-point where light snacks will be served. Need to Know - For workshops to go ahead we require a minimum of 8 people to attend. If workshops are cancelled you will be given a minimum of 2 day's notice prior to the workshop. This workshop is for two adults. Workshops take place monthly. Please enquire for available dates at time of booking. Allow three and a half hours for this experience. No experience necessary. All equipment and information provided.
