A full-size correctly named WW2 and Police medal group to WO Stephanus Jacobus Marais SAP number: 197959. Confirmed POW. See pictures of records below. Court mounted for display. PLEASE note: on the reverse of the medals there is some non-acidic clear silicone, probably to keep the medals in place. The medals are correctly named (see pictures) and are in good condition, no damage - my view. This does not detract from a good complete POW group. The above picture shows the naming on the 1939/45 Star. Naming on the Police Star of Merit shows he received this medal on the 16/05/1965.
