Job Purpose Assist PE with project specific material and Subcontractor Management   Responsibilities and Duties     ·                     Responsible to assist with the receipt, issue, identification and notification of project specific material. ·                     Prepare project specific material for receipt, inspection and storage. ·                     Prepare documentation for OC / PE and WS supervision to verify receipt and issue of project specific material. ·                     Assist workshop supervisor to maintain and control fabrication folders as instructed. ·                     Arrange store and maintain project specific material for receipt inspections, safe keeping prior to usage and completed project specific material before shipment. ·                     Expedite Orders, deliveries and equipment maintenance and servicing as tasked. ·                     Monitoring of 3CMetal receipt and issue areas. ·                     Implement and maintain the inventory accounting for receipt and dispatch project specific material. ·                     Monitor and control client equipment, material and project specific deliveries.
