The Lang-Arm 1600mm is a monopod with many cool uses beyond your normal monopod. The top end of the monopod also has a standard 1/4" tripod thread so you can use it with any regular camera.  Overview: This top end then also comes with a protective rubber piece which allows you to cover up the camera mounts on this end and turn it upside down which reveals another 1/4" thread to screw into a big DSLR camera.
