Technical Hotline and Claims Administrator My client from an automotive manufacturing concern is seeking a Technical Hotline and Claims Administrator to join their team based in Port Elizabeth. Responsibilities: · Effectively man the Technical hotline for all brands of the company’s Group · Support customers with catalogue related queries · Support customers with stock availability queries · Process and adjudicate all claims sent to the Port Elizabeth warehouse from the various regions in accordance with the company’s guidelines · Compile written reports on claims assessed for distribution to area managers and customers · Support area managers with supplying loose components to complete Repsets at customers where applicable · Co-ordinate stock rotations received from customers and ensure stock rotations are done to the company’s procedures · Facilitate annual stock rotations on group sourced products, preparing and checking stock for acceptability to return. Requirements: · Automotive trade or mechanical qualification · Minimum 5 years sales experience in automotive technical support or related area · Sound knowledge of clutch operation, correct fitment procedures and trouble shooting · Computer literate (SAP, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint at an intermediate or higher level) · Must be able to communicate in an extremely professional manner · Fluent in English and Afrikaans · Must be able to handle conflict with ease · Effective administrator Interested and qualified candidates may forward CV”s to Reference Number: JC
