Shiraz is a young male with one blue eye. He was caught while our volunteer was being robbed. We have never seen so many ticks on a dog before, he had to get to a parlour for dipping and vet for treatment. He is a Gorgeous looking doggy and we hope to find him a really good home to restore his faith in humanity. Adopt from our shelter (foster homes) and save a life.
