Service Delivery Lead - Oracle BRM Start: March 2016 Type: Contract Duration: 16 months Location: Johannesburg Rate: Negotiable Accountable for End to End (E2E) watch over service performance and day to day service operations on Oracle BRM Billing Operations domain. Lead, plan, direct and control all activities related to Service Management and Technical Operations in the Billing Operations domain. Responsibilities: • Manage day to day billing operations, by delivering components of standard services from a defined service catalogue and RACI matrix • Verify service operations against stated Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) • Provide and maintain a single source of consistent information on all Billing services delivered to the business • Support the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of policies, processes and procedures that deliver consistent and reliable billing products and services to business and customers • Monitor, measure, report and review current performance of services and components in the billing environment • Ensure that proposed changes are controlled, monitored, and implemented with minimum disruption to the billing services being delivered • Manage “live” daily and month end bill runs • Align service capacity and availability to match current and future business needs • Serve as point of escalation, review and approval for key issues and decisions for Billing Operations • Supervise management activities associated with both current and potential suppliers of AO • Direct and approve where necessary the maintenance or improvement of technical support activities and service management processes • Create a culture of stability, availability and performance in Billing Operations Knowledge and experience preferred: • Mobile telephony experience • 5+ years’ experience in billing operations • Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) • Oracle BI Publisher (component of Oracle OBIEE) Educational and Certification requirements • Degree or diploma in Information Systems or similar • ITIL foundation certified or similar
