Assumes responsibility for ensuring professional relations with all customers & vendor: ·         Report to Vendor on key successes & lost business. ·         Attend planning meetings. ·         Ensure that customers are well informed through continual feedback & communication. ·         Promote goodwill & a positive image of the Company. Assumes responsibility for establishing & maintaining effective communication & coordination with Company personnel & Senior Management: ·         Provide weekly, monthly & quarterly sales forecasts where necessary. ·         Execute objectives as set on a quarterly basis. ·         Work closely with the BU & other departments to ensure well-coordinated operations. ·         Act as a resource & support to other team members. ·         Obtain & conveys information as needed. ·         Keep management informed of area activities & of any significant concerns. ·         Attend & participates in meetings as assigned. ·         Complete records, reports & documents as required. ·         Conduct & coordinates internal telesales training & certification.
