Server knowledge would be an advantage.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Hardware troubleshooting & repairs to desktop systems, notebooks and tablets. Component testing& repair / replacement. Software recovery& repair – all OS’s. Ability to troubleshoot communications devices i.e. network LAN’s / WAN’s. Support SLA`s – Government, retail and Channel. Schedule on-sites with users and stick to commitments Maintaining job card updates on call logging system & customer feedback on repairs. Ability to resolve call before attending to site if possible.
