Outsourcing company in the heart of Cape Town is looking for a professional, friendly candidate to undertake reception and general administration tasks.  Must be in your third year or have a 3year diploma/degree. If you meet the above criteria, please note the rest of the requirements: Candidates are required to be well-spoken, patient and have general telephone etiquette. It is essential for you to have a clear accent and be able to differentiate between clients, thereby being able to think on your feet. The job will also entail admin work and data capturing therefore basic computer skills are essential.  A good command of English is non-negotiable and an eye for detail is a must. Tasks are deadline-driven, so candidates must be able to follow instructions (written and verbal) efficiently. Hours are flexible but you need to be at the office on a daily basis.
