The flash tubes and modelling lights both work great. They give out too much light for my uses so I am going back to using Speedlight flashes. Each light has its own extra long power cable and there's a heavy duty flight case.   According to what I could find online each Mono Silver flash head is 500W, they are very bright. You can see their specs in this list: www.camerarepairer.co.uk/FlashSpec.htm   A Bowens softbox is included but it appears to be missing some part that attaches it to the poles and the flash head. Please Google if you want to know more about this flash as I don't want to ramble on how good it is. I've compared it's size to a Canon 580 EXII in pics.
