Royal Cape Field Artillery officers uniform - Jacket and pants - Boer war period and later The Uniform is Victorian as used by Artillery regiments, but the buttons has King's Crown which could be a result of being used after Boer War during Edwardian period.    

A Large Medal from the Royal Natal Yacht Club dated 1900. Engraved: "OPTIMIST" on the back. Enameled and gilded bronze. Diameter 50.6 mm. Thickness 4/7 mm. Mass 72.3 gm. The e namel work has been protected under transparent lacquor.
