The Yacht is now in Durban Harbour, The boat is registered both in SA in a CC, and in Mozambique in a company, that company has a full charter license and is a registered company, after 15 years we are moving back to SA. She is also registered in Mozambique, legally and has those papers as well, so she could easily be taken there permanently, and operates without restriction. This is worth another R 300k, which has been paid and has all supporting documentation from Customs. The boat is in excellent condition. She could do a world cruise tomorrow morning or maybe next week after the service is completed. 2. There are 2 winches on the coach roof which all leads lead back to the cockpit. 3. Heads are all electric, salt water flushing. The tanks are grey, I think, not 100% on the terminology here. 4. In terms of the sea handling, she is a modern design and does not “slap” like older yachts do and designed by the world’s best yacht architect Geoff Schonning from Australia. 5. All the electronics were upgraded with new during , auto pilot, gauges, wireless new touch screen plotter, and upgraded from analogue to digital electronics, with Chirp technology to get 3d renderings from the bottom to identify the reef or wrecks. The electronics cost R 98k to upgrade last year. 6. Alternators are 100 amp alternators, however I just spent R 30k on new high powered solar panels and replaced the house and start batteries. 7. Sails in excellent condition. 8. Standard Rigging has been replaced once since new. 9. The boat is registered in my name personally, and at this moment is out of the water for a few days replacing all the anodes, props seals, and having a full buff and antifoul, should be back in a week or so. She is having a full service, motors, antifoul, anodes, prop seals, motor service, fridges getting new compressors, and little touch ups here and there on the gel coat. Her new signage goes on this week, so she will get a new SAMSA inspection next week and be back on the water.
