I live in the most amazing spot, with beautiful high thatched ceilings, in Meteor Road, Sundowner - (just South of the Northgate Shopping Centre & Coca Cola Dome - at the top of Randburg) and am looking for a young professional to join me and my housemate. The place looks really stunning – spacious, modern kitchen, lounge/TV Room, big balcony, 3 full bathrooms (so effectively each room pretty much has its own bathroom), and a huge loft area and deck (where I stay), so there is plenty of space. The advertised room is fairly small, but neat and well decorated – it has a big bath, toilet and shower right next to it (which is exclusively yours). It is R per month including water, electricity & a maid twice a week. A Rdeposit is also required up front. It is available on 01 Apr, or as soon as u can move in thereafter. We have a maid, who is totally trustworthy, always smiling and works like a bomb. We have the coolest cat ever called “Joffers” We have also got a second meow (used to be called “Tiny” when he was a kitty, but is now called “Tubbers” cos that’s what he is now). Both cats are very cute, funny and well behaved. The modern complex has a lekker pool and braai area and has full 24 hr security. The whole house has high thatched ceilings and is fully furnished, washing machine, microwave, huge 1m top of the range flatscreen TV etc, etc. Only thing u need to bring is you! It's a really lekker position to beat traffic - with easy access onto either Hans Strijdom/Malibongwe, Witkoppen, Beyers Naude. It also has excellent back route access to all of above and other back-routes to sneak past the traffic if those main roads are full. There is an undercover parking bay which you can share – otherwise there is stax of undercover visitors parking elsewhere in the complex. I’m a chilled, laid-back, easy going oke who is always up for a laugh. Jobwise - I am an analyst at Investec.
