This comfortable self-catering three bedroom house is available as from 1st of October 2016 again. Rates: R1,650 per night for two people sharing R2,250 per night for 3 /4 people sharing R2,850 per night for 5 /7 people sharing (A set rate R3,000 applies for December and January) There is also a once off departure cleaning fee of R250 to be paid and a refundable R600, damage / breakage deposit which includes the safe return of all the keys of the house. The R600 deposit will be refunded on the day of your departure. The large three bedroom furnished house is situated diagonally opposite - two houses away from Stadium Guest House. The house consist of kitchen that is fully equipped with a large open plan living/dining room and kitchen area. There is a TV in the lounge.(Only TV 1,2,3, ETV. and Mnet open time. A DSTV point is available, Bring your own decoder.) Bedrooms: * Main bedroom en-suite with a queen size bed. * Second bedroom with a double bed. * Third bedroom is on the top floor with a balcony and view of the sea & Robben Island. It consist of king size bed and one single bed or three single beds. The second and third bedrooms shares a bathroom. *Linen and towel change every 6/7 days. Small courtyard at the back of the house. The house is self-catering and is not serviced. Service can be included at a R200 extra per service. Portable braai is available at the pool.
