The flash tubes and modelling lights both work great. They give out too much light for my uses so I am going back to using Speedlight flashes. Each light has its own extra long power cable and there's a heavy duty flight case.   According to what I could find online each Mono Silver flash head is 500W, they are very bright. You can see their specs in this list: www.camerarepairer.co.uk/FlashSpec.htm   A Bowens softbox is included but it appears to be missing some part that attaches it to the poles and the flash head.
