A survey based on aerial photography that gives all contours to accuracy within a few millimetres to facilitate planning; 2.2. Groundwater and surface water reports; 2.3. Vegetation report, indicating that there are no endangered plant species that need to be protected. (There is however a stretch of indigenous bush of about 31 hectares in the centre of the farm, that should be left undisturbed. This however is a positive feature that lends itself to footpaths. It also forms a secure habitat for bushbuck, duiker, grysbok and other mammals. 2.4.
