The DM- gives you eight aux sends so that you can give individual cue mixes to each musician and have some left over to buss to the two built-in effects. It has a professional control room section with talkback mic and slate functions as well as three playback source selection switches. For recording large ensembles you get 16 microphone preamps, each with analog insert, phantom power (selectable in groups of four) and a -20dB pad switch. Four assignable analog inputs are provided, for inserting your favorite tube compressor on a console channel, or you can use the 4-band EQ and dynamics found on every channel. When the sound is dialed in, send that channel to its own track with the Direct button or combine inputs to the 16 busses. There are plenty of digital and analog I/O options to combine stand-alone hard disk recorders (like the TASCAM X-48), analog tape recorders or computer-based DAW recorders. The affordable DM- handles all of the routing and bussing you need in a professional studio, allowing you to concentrate on running your session. Post Production and Game Production Mixing inside of a computer is difficult enough in stereo, and when you start working on surround projects, managing and monitoring all of the ins and outs becomes more like air traffic control. The DM- becomes your control center for mixing large projects with dozens of channels. It can mix your tracks with one snapshot, and with two button presses you're ready to transfer them to a dubber or video deck. Just connect your DAW interface, like Digidesign's 192 Digital I/O for Pro Tools, to one of the digital connections on the rear panel (or use our optional IF-FW/DM FireWire interface card). The DM- even acts as a HUI controller for Pro Tools, allowing you to mix some channels in the DAW and others in the console. The DM- is an outstanding choice for mixing in surround, with 5.1 and even 6.1 automated panning. THE D - 102 III HYBRID (HALOGEN FREE)  With our ever continuing technical improvements, it is logical to replace the already since 1982 available D - 102 Series (after 24 upgrades in the meantime) by an actual HYBRID version. Together with our Linear Structured Carbon ® technology, we have therefore applied some number of strands from our highly acclaimed 3T-technology into the new D-102 III Hybrid. The D - 102 III HYBRID is a warm yellow-orange colored very flexible balanced interconnect with a 3 layer shielding. The 2 centre conductors are made of 40 dense and very pure silver coated strands made of a very high grade Matched Crystal (MC) OFC. Over each centre conductor an extra Linear Structured Carbon ® (LSC) saturated layer is applied. This extra layer of LSC highly improves the quality of the signal transmission by performing electrical bridging on micro-scale and by converting the external magnetic field close to the conductors into an electrical signal again. 4 strands of 3T have been applied into the design. 3T: True Transmission Technology offers a much higher resolution and detail compared to any other metal technology used so far. The resistance of each centre conductor is 5.5 Ohm/100 meter. The capacitance between the 2 internal conductors is a very low 37 pF/meter; so in balanced operation, even in rather high impedant circuitry, the overall losses and/or phase-shift remain very low. In unbalanced operation the two internal conductors can simply be taken together with the shield acting as the signal return, though the better and preferred layout (which we apply) has the shield only connected to signal ground at the signal source side (marked by a ground-end marking sticker) and one of the internal conductors functions as signal return. The insulation of the two centre conductors is made of polyethylene foam; one in white, the other in brown. Surrounding the centre conductors, special treated artificial filler fibres provide a perfect protection against losses caused by increased humidity over a longer period. The triple shielding consists of 2 helical layers with a total of 180 dense and very pure silver coated strands made of a very high grade of Matched Crystal (MC) OFC with an extra layer of LSC saturated tape in between. The warm yellow-orange colored jacket is made of our HULLIFLEX ®. The external diameter of the D - 102 III HYBRID is 7.25 mm.; a size which perfectly matches our C - 7.3 RCA type connectors. With the design of The CLEARWATER, it was our intention to produce the best match between quality and price. The decision was taken to work with 2 groups of strands with a conductor size of AWG 14; this because in many situations the distance between the amplifier and the loudspeakers is limited. Therefore a twin-lead construction was made with 2 x 98 strands of a dense very pure silver coated Matched Crystal (MC) OFC. The two conductor groups are twisted in opposite directions. Please ask me questions - I'll gladly give you a hand!     35mm Film Camera Pentax SV + 55mm F1.8 M42 Mount + Leather Case + Light Meter   The body is very clean, the shutter fires at all speeds but is otherwise untested with film. The body was made in the 60's and is just about the last Pentax body with no light meter/any electronics, it's fully manual.  This looks like this would be the full Pentax SV kit as it would have been sold back in the day.    The lens is a 55mm F1.8 M42 Super Takumar and an absolute peach, very clean - zero fungus, no cleaning marks just slight dust. I have used it adapted on my Fujifilm body and it's a beaut.    The camera comes with the original aluminium lens cap, camera strap and leather half case with cover.
