I completed Grade 12 in 2015. I am looking for an entry level position in the Tourism industry for someone with not much experience but who is willing to learn and work her way up. I have done Tourism as one of my subjects throughout high school and have some basic knowledge with regards to the Tourism Industry operations which includes the following: · Compiling Tourist profiles · Grading Of Hotels · Establishing the type of tourists and their requirements · Hospitality Services · Inbound, outbound and domestic tourism · Travel services, travel trade, facilities and support services. I am very reliable and organized, able to work under pressure and within a team. Hard working is how I would describe myself. During the course of my studies I have learned how to be organized and manage my time. I am a fast learner who asks questions when she is not sure because I believe that are how one learns. I must admit that I do not have much experience which might put me in the bottom of my potential employers list but I believe the fact that I am a hard worker makes up for that. I look forward to hearing from you and can be reached on 076 168 9495/076 212 3795.

Focusing on the role of the event manager and their diverse responsibilities through each phase of the event planning process, this is still the only textbook to define the concept of knowledge in the context of events management, placing it at the centre of professional practice. The book is designed to encourage critical thinking on the part of the student, to develop the skills that they will need to become effective, and reflective, practitioners in the events industry, and every chapter contains a rich array of real world case studies, data and practical examples from sport, recreation and tourism contexts. This second edition has been significantly strengthened with the inclusion of two completely new chapters on environmental sustainability and on the politics of events management. It is essential reading for any student or practitioner working in events management, sport management, leisure management, outdoor recreation or tourism. Format:Paperback Pages:264
