Overview The surface quality inspection of high temperature cast product is of great significance to the repair of cast product’s defects and the hot delivery of hot cast product. The ZSQ-T series of online surface quality inspection equipment for casting billets developed by Wuhan CenterRise M&C Engineering Co., Ltd can detect the defects such as scratches, cracks, holes, pits, edge cracks, edge defects on the surface of the cast products, and meet the customer's requirements for the quality inspection of the surface of the cast product. The principle of the system The ZSQ-T200 online surface quality inspection system for continuously cast products adopts the principle of optical imaging and uses a CCD image sensor to input the surface image of the cast products to be detected into the computer, and then the obtained image is processed by special image processing software to find out whether there is any defect in the image. After the defects in the image are obtained, the obtained defects are classified through a special self-learning system, and finally the requirements of the computer to automatically identify the surface defects of the cast products are achieved. The composition of the system 1. Optical part: The optical part is composed of multiple fixed-focus lenses and linear CCD, which mainly realizes scanning and imaging of the surface of the cast products. 2. Lighting part: The lighting part is composed of a high-brightness LED array and a cylindrical lens, which realizes high-brightness and high-uniformity lighting on the surface of the cast products. 3. DIESEL TECHNICIAN Duties and Responsibilities • Ensure adherence to the company`s rules and regulations as documented in the company`s disciplinary policy; • Ensure adherence to all health and safety practices and procedures as defined during induction and other health & Safety training; • Ensure and maintain constant workflow; • Ensure that daily and monthly PDI targets are met as assigned by your supervisor; • Ensure that adherence to any PDI catch up plan are met on a daily basis; • Ensure effective communication between your Team and supporting departments; • Ensure that daily reports are submitted timeously to your Supervisor; • Ensure vehicles are moved to the next process upon completion of PDI tasks; • Ensure the correct use and storage of all tools and equipment; • Ensure and verify that all items are properly repaired and sign off on the vehicle job card when completed; • Ensure all reject forms are completed correctly and is authorised by the supervisor before getting parts from the Warehouse for replacement thereof; • Ensure proper repairs to any electrical systems and circuits and the correct test method to verify all electrical repairs are complete and ensure it is signed off on the vehicle job card; • Ensure all items under the Engine & related components are checked as per the Pre delivery inspection sheet and rectified per the workshop manuals before sending to the dealership; Minimum Requirements: KPA (Key Performance Indicator): Personal Attributes: • Grade 12 • Trade Certificate Diesel Mechanic • Code 10/14 • Proven Basic AMT knowledge • Proven Airbrake & ABS systems knowledge • Proven fault-finding ability • Attendance • Quality • Health & Safety • Productivity/efficiency • Team Player • Accuracy • Attention to detail • Excellent communication skills • Target driven Submit cv to - janine@bayrecruit.co.za

The HSE&Q Officer acts as the first point of contact for all HSE&Q-related matters. The primary function is to implement the HSE&Q Management system on all relevant sites/Depot, in order to achieve and maintain a safe and healthy working environment. Also to maintain and implement the Quality Assurance program. Key Responsibilities HSE Implement and monitor all HSE management systems on site, including, but not limited to HSE guidelines, objectives and practices. Schedule and execute audits on site to identify areas of improvement and implement measures as required. Carry out risk assessments on a continuous basis on site. Provide HSE training, awareness and induction on site to staff, contractors and other relevant parties. Engage with staff, contractors and other relevant parties with respect to HSE matters related to the site. Keep HSE statistical records, such as incidents, accidents, near-misses and working hours on site. Keep HSE registers up to date, including renewals of permits, licenses, etc. Compile monthly site HSE reports. Have first line responsibility for incident investigations, including but not limited to investigating, making initial recommendations and putting measures in place to prevent reoccurrence. Assist Depot Managers to implement accident-prevention and environmental impact activities on site. Implement emergency and crisis management plans on site. Act as Emergency coordinator on site. Implement Environmental Management Plans of the site. Monitor environmental footprint on site. Other duties as assigned by the HSE&Q Manager. Quality Management Administer and maintain non-conformance and suggestion systems, including Corrective and Preventative Action Requests (CPAR), Non-conformance Report (NCR) and Field Performance Report (FPR) systems. Ensure quality requirements are met by both internal and external audit, review of inspection reports and analysis of non-conformance reporting. Ensure quality plans are produced when required and meet requirements. Ensure internal quality standards are maintained and monitored. Other QM-related duties as assigned by the HSE&Q Manager. Requirements Up-to-date knowledge of relevant HSE legislation (OHS Act and Regulations, NEMA, COIDA, etc.), environmental regulations and safety procedures Minimum 2 year’s OHS certification or equivalent. Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in Logistics, Fuels and Lubes depots and Workshop safety Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with HSE management systems and relevant standards.
