The advertised room is fairly small, but neat and well decorated – it has a big bath, toilet and shower right next to it (which is exclusively yours). It is R per month including water, electricity & a maid twice a week. A Rdeposit is also required up front. It is available on 01 Apr, or as soon as u can move in thereafter. We have a maid, who is totally trustworthy, always smiling and works like a bomb. Both cats are very cute, funny and well behaved. The modern complex has a lekker pool and braai area and has full 24 hr security.
