LOOKING FOR A HOUSEMATE IN PORT ELIZABETH

Looking for a neat female to share a flat with in Richmond hill. I have two bedroom apartment/flat in Richmond hill and I want to rent out the other room. Preferably to a working lady or post- grad student between the ages of 25-35 We will share the lounge, kitchen, and bathroom but have separate bedrooms. The bedroom has a built in wardrobe and can fit a double bed with a headboard and dresser. Kitchen is fully furnished with a lounge and a dining space The flat has prepaid electricity and a water bill, but the price I’m asking for will include electricity and water. I want a 50% deposit as the flat already has my furniture and u will get it back when u move out.
