SALES MANAGER A high-en International cosmetic company is currently recruiting candidates to join their dynamic SALES team in the Cape Town area. Fragrance and Cosmetics Company seeks makeup/beauty sales consultants.  The successful candidate will be required to sell authentic branded perfume and cosmetics. In addition to sales, the successful candidate will be required to assist and advise customers on products that are suitable for their skin type and colour preference.   The position will require the successful candidate to be responsible for card and cash payments, managing stock levels within the store, advise the manager timeously that stock is running low or not available, be responsible and available for stock takes and receiving large amounts of stock, keep up to date with special promotions, update client information regularly and aim to exceed customer expectations by living the Faureal brand.   Previous experience working in a sales, make-up and cosmetics treatment environment is essential. A cosmetics sales company, based at the OR Tambo International Airport, are looking for serious sales people, who have strong sales skills, and strong people skills.  We offer a high commission and earning potential. Applicants must be mature individuals who are serious about selling, and need to be highly motivated. Applicants need to have a good physical appearance, must be well mannered, good with customers, well spoken, and well groomed at all times. Either male or female. It is a full time job, 6 days a week, based in a kiosk environment, working various shifts daily. Own transportation is essential. Please do not apply if you have not got any previous sales experience. This is a target based environment, targets will be set- applicants must be able to work under pressure. For the first two months: R basic + and R training (the R forms part of the training for 2 months) with 5% commission on all sales from starting date. So R for the first 2 months, and from month 3, the salary will be R basic with 5% on all sales made.
