One Love, a German style Pilsner, we have opted to use the quintessential noble German hop variety, Hallertau Mittelfrüh, known for its pure earthy and herbal characteristics. The malt bill is always meant to only complement the hops and never overpower it so with this in mind we made use of Pilsner malt and a touch of German Vienna malt, known for its maltiness and a slight graininess. Appearance: Hazy straw gold Aroma: Cereal grains with a touch of citrus Flavour: Floral hops with a splash of lemon resting on a sturdy malt backbone Mouthfeel: Medium to light in body 

On appearance the deep dark colours and hint of ruby redness announces the rich malty character this historic German lager style has become famous for. This Doppelbock is filled with malt richness, with flavours of caramel, toast and whispers of chocolate. There is a low hop bitterness that is balanced more towards malty sweetness with a subtle and warming feel from the generous ABV that rounds off this taste experience.
