Mikkeller is a microbrewery founded in 2006 in Copenhagen that is based on a gypsy ethos where the company does not operate an official brewery and, instead, collaborates with other brewers to produce their recipes or experimental one-off brews. This fruity, but balanced American pale is quite amber for a pale, but still contains big grapefruit and hop flavours.
