Wheatgrass is ready to juice approx 7-10 days after planting and you will be amazed and how quickly the sprouts shoot up. 1)Soak seeds in a container filled with water (fill water past level of seeds). 2)Allow to soak for 24hrs in a cool dry place indoors. 3)Drain and rinse seeds under water then allow to sit (whilst moist) for another 18-24hrs. 4)Once the seeds swell and tiny white tips (sprouts) start to form these can then be planted. 5)Place outside, out of direct sunlight and keep soil and seeds moist for the next 3-5 days. 6)Water daily in the morning and ensure seeds are kept moist (not wet) throughout the day. 7)Green sprouts will appear after 3-5 days from planting (1-2 days longer in winter/colder regions). 8)Grass is ready for juicing once a height of 18-25cms is reached.
