Interact with customers who have billing issues • Always maintain a positive and friendly attitude with customers. • Foster exceptional customer service among supervised employees. • Seek and find the answers to questions or ensure that billing representatives can do so. Other duties • Assist Business Process and Administration Manager and other management staff with a variety of projects to achieve better results in the billing department. • Obtain a thorough knowledge of all related functions that effect the billing as well as those that are effected by the functions performed in the billing department.
