TOBASCO CHILLI SEEDS   One of the world's most recognised chillies is the Tabasco. It's no doubt that Tabasco is most famous for the sauces that these chillies are made into. This is possible because Tabasco peppers are not dry, the inside of the fruit is wet.  Tobasco chillis rate between 30,000 and 50,000 on the scoville scale.  (VERY HOT)   The Tabasco plant is quite distinctive as its very bushy and unlike most chilis the Tabasco fruits grow up rather then hanging down from the stems.   The Tabasco peppers grow to about 4cm and change colour from light yellow and green to orange then eventually ripen at a bright red colour.   When working with these chilli's, please use gloves.  Be careful not to rub your face, especially your eyes.    The average heat on the Scoville Scale is between 30 000 to 50 000 units. VERY VERY HOT     View our other items by clicking on the shield:

HABANERO SEEDS – CHOCOLATE HABANERO Chocolate Habanero, also known as brown or black Habanero or Congo Black, has little to do with the sweet treat we associate chocolate with, save for the rich colour of its skin. This variety is from the Caribbean one of hottest and largest of the Habanero family. It is popular in local cuisine, used in chutneys, sauces and marinades and mixes especially well with fruit in salsas. It has a unique rich, smoky flavour unlike any other chilli pepper. It packs a punch far spicier than regular Habanero, with Scoville units in each pepper. View our other items by clicking on the shield:

Capsicum Habanero Seeds Extremely HOT Capsicum habanero is a perennial pepper growing to cm high and means from Havana. Technically, their species name is Capsicum Chinense Jacquin. It is an extremely hot pepper believed to originally have been taken to the Yucatan Peninsula from Cuba.  They are also grown to a lesser extent in Belize, Costa Rica, Texas and California. They can live many years in pots. It is in leaf all year, in flower in Spring and Summer, and followed by the fruits. Their average size is 1 to 2 1/2 inches long, 1 to 2 inches in diameter. The fruit is pear-shaped, tapered and twisted, ripens from green to orange and very aromatic. In tropical and sub-tropical regions, the Habanero, like other chiles, will produce year round. Fruits matures in days. The habanero is the most intensely spicy chile pepper of the Capsicum genus. Extremely Hot 100K-300K (Scoville Units), 100 times hotter than Jalapeno. Hardiness (-5°C/25°F, 4°C/40°F) in Winter. Habaneros thrive in hot weather. As with all peppers, the Habanero does well in an area with good morning sun, in soil with an acidity level around 5-6 pH. The habanero should be watered only when dry. Overly moist soil and roots will produce bitter-tasting peppers. Peppers are not heavy feeder. Once flowering begins, fertilizer should be withheld; otherwise, flowers may drop without setting fruit. The bid amount is for 1 Seed We'll supply you with all the germination & care instructions.
