This cartridges were used in the Anglo Boer war between 1899 and 1901. This framed display contains X5 empty cartridges and X5 full rounds (propelent removed). The whole frame can open and the cartridges can be removed by hand. The head stamps of the bullets contains the marking of R^L and were manufactured in Woolwich England a few years before the Anglo Boer war took place. The case can also be hanged on a wall.
