Designing and providing in-house training courses on all IFRS and tax updates and conducting assessments in respect of such training. Monitoring on-the-job training (including systems training) and recommending additional training where needed. Identifying training needs, in line with the long-term career path of staff, and recommending appropriate training interventions. Engagement with all relevant SETA’s. Adequate record keeping of all forms of training, including external, in-house and on-the-job training.
